Vidya Maharaja is a Chef, Scientist, Restauranteur and Project Manager all at once! This website was created for Vidya and her family who opened the doors to their restaurant, Diya, an Indian restaurant and debuted as Executive Chef. She brings her meticulous and methodical skills, honed as a scientist, into the kitchen as she carefully creates mouth-watering recipes.
